pretty little things

We're all boxed up around here and things seem pretty busy getting ready for this move. Every drawer, cabinet, closet and room has been sorted through and cleaned out. I'm happy to report that we've discarded lots and lots of excess junk. The little McCoy fam had one heck of a yard sale last weekend. It's funny how once treasured objects can look a little trashy while resting on a table with a 25 cents sticker attached.

I'm just over the stuff.  Get rid of the clutter.  Less is more, right? When I think about Miss Gracie Mac,  I'm seeing simple and pretty.

Speaking of pretty little things, I know I'm way partial but I think he's pretty handsome:

Not the dog, crazy...my sweet little boy that got a big boy haircut today. He's such a hot-natured kid and I knew his sweaty scalp would thank me on humid days like today.

Btw, how pumped are you that tomorrow is Friday and that summer is here? I'm pretty happy!
